Our tours are an intimate look at the discipline, design, and craftsmanship that define our spirits. Agave is our foundation — not a trend, but a commitment to purity, process, and precision. The same standards that guide our agave spirits shape everything we create.
From fermentation to distillation, blending to bottling, you’ll experience what sets Blackhat apart — not just as an agave house, but as a modern craft distillery with the capability and vision to produce at the highest level.
Tour Schedule
Thursday & Friday: 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and 5:00 PM
Each tour is capped at 16 guests to maintain an elevated, guided experience.
Reservations are required through our Schedulista booking link below. No walk-ins permitted.
Guests must be 21+ to participate in sampling.
In the event of inclement weather, guests will be contacted to reschedule.

Individual Experience + Signature Shot Glass: $25
Individual Experience + Blackhat Rocks Glass: $35
Two Guests + Two Shot Glasses: $45
Two Guests + Two Blackhat Rocks Glasses: $65
Each experience includes a guided tasting of 3–5 Blackhat spirits and your selected glassware to take home.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be modified or canceled up to 2 hours before your scheduled time through Schedulista. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
